Your responsibilities would include:
- acting as a Business Partner to OpCos (e.g. Cash/ Pre LegalCollectors, Sales, Customer Service,) in order to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections and disputes managemen
- managing customer relationship and ensure a high level of service is provided at all times
- activities related to collections & disputes
- handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers
- identifing held orders and takes appropriate actions to resolve them managing the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policy
- demonstrating pro-activeness in improving customer satisfaction and reducing timelines for disputes resolution, facilitatesthe identification and resolution of any customer disputes
- driving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development plan.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Czech C1
- English B2 or better
- experience in finance/ Collections (OtC/AR) and familiarity with SAP will be an advantage
- strong customer focus
- strong communicator
- negotiation skills
- influencing skills
- ability to deal with resistance
- strong analytical skill.
