Material Call-off Planner

Your responsibilities would include:

• issuing PO Material Call-offs to suppliers based on production schedules, material plans and inventory requirements

• resolving any discrepancies or issues related to material deliveries by following escalation flows

• monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials

• cooperating with OpCo stakeholders, Central Planning stakeholders and Procurement

• tracking brewery material availability and supplier OTIF

• contributing to S&OP and S&OE meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities.

You are a good match if you have:

• 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain

• hands-on experience working with SAP or another MRP system

• solid understanding of production planning or supply planning processes

• demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle daily operational activities efficiently

• strong professional communication and interpersonal skills

• fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken

• university degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

You are a perfect match if you also have: 

• experience in transitions and/or transformation

• FMCG / Bev industry experience

• experience working in an OpCo supply chain environment.
