Project Management Office Lead

Your responsibilities would include:

• driving PMO activities for regional/global projects

• planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

• analyzing financial data, including projects budgets, and resource allocation.

• managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest

• providing regular project status reports to all levels off management (incl. top management)

• tracking project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables.

• supporting project teams in mitigating risks and resolving issues that impact project timelines and deliverables.

• facilitating continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and industry best practices.

• coordinating communication across project teams, departments, and leadership to ensure alignment.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• university degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration

• 5+ years of working experience in complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities

• strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• customer-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the customer and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives

• exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology

• team player able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure

• self-driven, requiring minimum supervision

• fluent English required.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• effective negotiation skills, ability to manage and influence stakeholders outside the Program and getting their support for initiatives

• ability to balance standard vs customized program and stakeholder needs

• ability to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity, shifting priorities and time pressure, proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue.

Nice to have:

• relevant Project Management certification (e.g. P3M, PMBoK, PRINCE).
