Project Manager

Your responsibilities would include:

1. managing the relation with multiple stakeholders on a tactical and strategic level
2. leading and guiding significant, complex, high-risk projects, using highly innovative techniques and/or concerning new products
3. monitoring the work-stream delivery against plans and objectives a periodic (weekly and, where necessary, daily) basis
4. leading planning and management of resource for Projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resource with cost efficiency and quality prioritized
5. co-ordinating resource allocation with other projects and priorities to reduce conflict and support efficient resource planning
6. leading multidisciplinary projects or programs impacting the HEINEKEN organization.

You are a good candidate if you have:

1. university or master’s degree in business, financial, commercial, economical, or technical discipline
2. 4-5 years in financial management and project management roles in an international environment with demonstrated change management capabilities
3. demonstrated multi-cultural experience through international work placements
4. seniority and stature to interact with multiple stakeholders
5. experience with people management
6. excellent written and verbal English.

3. project management certification
