RTR Business Analyst (Lease Accounting - Planon)

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation, management and development of a finance product named IFRS16 supported by technology Planon. The product provides a global solution and technology in Operating Companies of Heineken. Business Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert and will be ensuring close alignment between business and technical requirements during all the product management cycle, ensuring deployment of global standards and ways of working.

Your daily tasks may include:

• acting as a first point of contact and support for platform deployment specialists (PDS) regarding design or platform-related questions and issues.

• supporting PDS in the implementation of the global solution(s) based on the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM).

• assisting in successfully closing gaps between the “as is” and “to be” situation when expertise is needed for leading new product developments (e.g. MD1, MD2).

• highlighting potential risks spotted in the deployment to the project manager and portfolio managers.

• closely cooperating with the central D&T product team on translating business requirements into system solutions.

• performing business testing during system upgrades and new functionalities implementation.

• updating product documentation.

• providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology.

• developing and coordinating communication materials related to new ways of working.

• capturing lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrating them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmap.

• assisting in test automation (TOSCA).

You are a good match if you have:

• at least 3–4 years of experience in finance/accounting in SSC/BPO environment

• minimum of 2–3 years of operational experience in rtr domains such as financial accounting, period end closing, lease accounting, financial reporting, ifrs16 compliance standards

• bachelor/master’s degree in finance or other related studies (accounting or management accounting or management information systems)

• end-to-end understanding of finance processes

• understanding and knowledge of heineken rtr global standards, like design book, templates, and procedures

• ability to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholders

• proven experience with exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an erp system

• strong analytical and project management skills

• strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management

• ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a perfect match if you also have:

• shared services / global business services (gbs) experience

• knowledge of project management methodology (p3m, pmp, prince, agile or equivalent)

• proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project member, with specific examples

• experience in conducting trainings.
