The Business Analyst role supports the implementation of Global Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert and plays a critical part in harmonizing ways of working, standardizing processes, and unifying system platforms across Operating Companies (OpCos).

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • ensuring the implementation of Global Solutions based on the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM).
  • providing expert knowledge of the subject area and project methodology
  • assisting in bridging the gaps between current ("as is") and future ("to be") processes.
  • developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, test scripts, and preparing test data.
  • coordinating testing cycles, including UAT, end-to-end tests, regression testing, and authorization testing, including defects reporting and driving towards resolution.
  • developing, distributing and deploying materials related to new ways of working.
  • identifying training needs, preparing, and delivering end-user training sessions.
  • capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices into future implementations.
  • ensuring a smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU) after stabilization.

You're a good candidate if you have:

 

  • at least 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting in an SSC/BPO environment, including 2+ years of experience in FP&A.
  • knowledge of Financial Planning process
  • strong analytical and project management skills.
  • proven contributions to process improvement and standardization projects.
  • a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • an end-to-end understanding of finance processes and the ability to explain them to stakeholders.
  • expertise in transactional processes or finance tools, with exposure to ERP systems.
  • solid communication and presentation skills.


You're a perfect candidate if you also have:  

  • knowledge of Anaplan
  • experience in cross-functional, complex international environments.
  • experience in BASE would be an asset
