Your responsibilities would include:
delivering Leadership trainings and operational support to employees, managers and other clients and stakeholders within Learning and Development area of expertise
focusing on leadership upskilling
being responsible for L&D agenda realization
conducting training needs analysis
delivering of training agenda
organizing delivery of L&D Agenda
being responsible for process execution and status monitoring as per the L&D policies and agreed approach
answering employees and managers’ operational queries and questions regarding L&D processes and practices
leading L&D initiatives and projects by acting as expert in the domain
supporting design, revision and implementation of the L&D policies and practices
taking active part in L&D discussions and workshops to work out best in class L&D services.
You are a good candidate if you have:
minumum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development area at the large, dynamic organization
experience in conducting Leadership trainings & workshops
experience in designing and implementing new trainings, processes and practices
successfuly run Development Programs and Training Agenda on different scale
university degree - Psychology faculty preferable
experience in Managing LMS (Learning management system)
ability to challenge existing L&D solutions and propose new ones as per the best in class L&D market trends
good theoretical and practical knowledge of the L&D area
learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly
engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills
ability to work effectively in changing business environment
fluency in English (min. C1)
