Transport Planner

The position requires working in a rotating shift system between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, according to a predefined schedule.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Execute daily transportation planning activities, including load consolidation, mode selection, and route optimization.

• Manage booking and execution of transportation loads, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Carriers, handling issue resolution and exceptions.

• Address unrouteable shipments within expected timelines.

• Monitor carrier status updates (in-transit, appointment, delivered, etc.) and proactively manage transportation exceptions.

• Communicate effectively with Customer Service and Warehouses regarding delivery changes.

• Collaborate with Internal Supply Chain teams and Logistics Service Providers to optimize transportation operations.

• Continuously seeking out opportunities to improve current processes

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management

• Experience with SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar platforms

• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Teams & Carriers

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle daily operational activities efficiently

• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent English & Polish (spoken and written) to communicate effectively
