Compliance Advisor with Polish, Czech & Slovak

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, education, and coaching to Independent Distributors on Herbalife’s Rules of Conduct, the Business Marketing Plan, the terms and conditions outlined in the Herbalife Membership Application and Agreement, as well as relevant regulatory requirements. You will also conduct audits, enforce compliance, and address any violations to ensure a fair and ethical business environment where Herbalife products can be distributed, Independent Distributors’ businesses can thrive, and Herbalife’s intellectual property rights are protected. Ultimately, your role will contribute to safeguarding both Herbalife’s reputation and the interests of Independent Distributors and Customers.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Work in an international team
  • Guide Herbalife Distributors to ensure their business complies with local laws, EU regulations, and Herbalife policies
  • Stay updated on Rules of Conduct and legal requirements to coach Distributors on compliant operations
  • Protect Herbalife’s reputation by providing compliance training and coaching, ensuring ethical business practices
  • Handle complaints, investigate cases, and apply sanctions if needed
  • Conduct proactive checks to detect violations and prepare case reports for management
  • Communicate with internal teams, Distributors, customers, and external parties
  • Support trainings, events, and updates to Rules and Advisories
  • Other tasks as agreed in regular reviews.

 

Our Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates welcome. First experience in a service-oriented industry a plus, but not a must
  • Fluent in Polish and Czech and/or Slovak - Min. C1 level
  • Good command of English – Min. B2 level
  • Master’s degree preferred, minimum Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong telephone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Solid fact-finding and follow-up abilities
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to summarize and present key information clearly
  • High flexibility to adapt to changing timelines, environments, and organizational needs
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels, with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
