About the role:

As an HR & Payroll Representative, you will provide active support to the HR Services Manager and the HR team. You will interact with local HR Managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Admins across Europe & Africa, delivering customer service to Herbalife Nutrition employees and managers.

In this role, you will:

• Act as first point of contact for potential, current, and former employees, assisting them with processes such as Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and
• Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics.
• Prepare required HR Documentation (employment contracts, contract amendments, including preparation, collecting signatures, and electronic archiving).
• Complete correspondence with all internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner.
• Interacts with all levels throughout the multinational organization both on local and regional levels, particularly with HR teams, employees across Europe & Africa, and Management teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all payroll-related data to the external provider.
• Analyze payroll data and correct potential errors with the external provider.
• Prepare HR reports – support ad hoc reporting & analytics tasks, support administration of HR Dashboards.

Our Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll within a Shared Service environment.
• Knowledge of HR systems and practices.
• Good understanding of the HR Shared Service environment and practices, including experience in transition & transformation projects.
• Knowledge of any ticketing tool.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service, follow-through, and results orientation.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to facilitate progressive change.
• Good team player.
• Fluent English speaker; an additional European language is a plus.
