About the role:

As a Project Management Specialist, you will work cross-functionally to guide, support, and lead project team members on product-related initiatives within the EMEA region as part of the Worldwide Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for managing the scope of projects from the formulation stage through to commercialization. These projects may include new product launches, reformulations of existing products, and/or transitions of products between suppliers. The scope of your work will cover nutrition, wellness, and personal care products, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and timely market readiness. You will collaborate closely with Global Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure all aspects of product development and delivery are aligned and effectively executed.

In this role, you will:

1. Drive projects through all phases.
2. Create and manage the project timeline by identifying project dependencies and critical path.
3. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion as project evolves.
4. Help define and drive project milestones within necessary timing. Elevate risks to meet product timeline and secure senior management approval to move forward as appropriate.
5. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and devise contingency plans.
6. Facilitate communication between team members located in Corporate and Regional offices.
7. Support team members in maintaining accurate information in Agile as it relates to the project.
8. Maintain constant communication with other Project Management Team Members as well as a working relationship with teams located across different locations.
9. Regularly publish agendas, project timelines and project notes to all stakeholders.
10. Conduct other duties as required.

Our requirements:

1. 2–4 years’ experience in a project management environment or equivalent experience.
2. Advanced Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
3. Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
4. Self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently, including in remote settings.
6. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook and Word.
7. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple departments.
