Key Responsibilities
As our Marketing and Partnerships Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Partnerships, you'll be responsible for developing strategies to grow and support our partner ecosystem - particularly within the Atlassian Solution Partner network.
Day to day, you’ll support strategic partner recruitment and ongoing partner management, collaborate with key partners on co-marketing opportunities, and manage operational processes. Simultaneously, you’ll contribute to HeroCoders’ overall marketing execution across product launches, content creation, email marketing and social media.
In this role, you will:
- Expand and evolve our partner program by recruiting new partners and nurturing existing relationships
- Maintain regular, meaningful contact with partners to strengthen collaboration and trust
- Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with partners, including joint campaigns, co-sponsoring events, webinars, and content
- Streamline partner operations, improve onboarding, and introduce scalable processes to enhance efficiency and engagement
- Source and produce compelling joint customer success stories to showcase shared wins
- Optimize existing content for partner enablement plus identify and fill gaps with new materials including videos, interactive demos and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activity and track engagement
- Support our participation in industry events - coordinate attendance, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and promotional activities
- Monitor and report on KPIs to assess the ROI of partnership efforts
- Gather and act on feedback from partners to continuously improve the program and its value
- Support the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, landing pages, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with product team to develop compelling messaging and go-to-market assets for new features and releases
- Ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels both internal and external
What We’re Looking For
- 3 - 5 years of B2B partner management, partner marketing, or product marketing experience
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both verbal and written
- An understanding of how to build and scale partner programs and track performance against business goals
- Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content across a range of formats including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and interactive demos
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Storylane and Google Analytics
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment as part of a small, agile and ambitious marketing team
- Ability to travel to tradeshows and team meetings a few times per year
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working in the Atlassian ecosystem or with Atlassian Solution Partners.
- Experience developing customer success stories or case studies.
- Event marketing or field marketing experience in a partner context.
- Exposure to SaaS marketplaces or technical audiences.
