EU Recruitment Director
Our client, a leader in technology services, is seeking an experienced EU Recruitment Director to shape and drive recruitment strategy across Europe. This senior role will oversee a large recruitment team and ensure the successful hiring of top talent to support the company's growth in key European regions including Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Armenia, and Romania.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with business growth objectives across Europe.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 45-50 recruiters, sourcers, and leads across multiple countries, ensuring effective performance and alignment with organizational hiring needs.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent in a competitive market.

Cross-Border Coordination: Coordinate recruitment activities across diverse geographical regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with local market needs and company standards.

Partnerships with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs, provide insights, and develop proactive recruitment solutions to support business growth.

External Recruitment Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and other partners to enhance talent sourcing capabilities.

Metrics and Performance: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Diversity Hiring: Develop and promote strategies for sourcing diverse candidates and building a workforce that supports inclusivity and innovation.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends and best practices in talent acquisition, including innovative sourcing techniques and tools to ensure competitive advantage.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with local employment laws and regulations across Europe.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in recruitment, including leadership roles. Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment teams across multiple countries.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated success in leading high-performing recruitment teams in international contexts.

Recrnuitmet Expertise: Deep knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices, with experience in collaborating with external recruitment agencies.

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business goals and address market challenges.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of partnering effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
