➡️ Your role

As an IT Recruiter at Holisticon Connect, you won’t just “run recruitment processes". You’ll help us build teams that share our values, care about quality, and want to grow together. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers, shape candidate experience, and have real influence on how recruitment is done — not just follow existing processes.

➡️ What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment processes;

• Partner with Hiring Managers and advise them on hiring decisions;

• Act as a guardian of great candidate experience;

• Proactively source and engage IT specialists;

• Improve and develop recruitment processes;

• Support employer branding initiatives;

• Participate in the onboarding process for newly hired employees;

• Bring your own ideas — and actually see them implemented.

➡️ What we’re looking for

• At least 3–4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency);

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles;

• Good understanding of tech roles and the IT market;

• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset;

• General interest in different HR areas;

• Ownership, independence, and proactivity;

• Fluency in English (we work internationally);

• Openness to cooperation (efficient problem solving and proactivity) and no-drama attitude (mature, open, and collaborative).

  Gosia – an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and close cooperation with Hiring Managers. A true people person who values relationships and great candidate experience. An eternal optimist and the team’s good spirit, always bringing positive energy and a smile to everyday work. She is currently on a longer leave but remains an important part of our team and the culture we build together.

You will earn:

• UoP: 8 000 – 12 000 PLN gross/month
