Holisticon Insight is an established IT consulting company specializing in delivering cutting-edge solutions in IoT, Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning to clients across Sweden, the US, UK and DACH.


As we expand our global reach, we are looking for a Business Developer to join our growing team in Poland.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development within the software/IT consulting area, particularly in IoT & Cloud, Data & Analytics, and AI & Machine Learning. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers, building strong business relationships, and driving growth in these critical technology areas. Importantly, one of the strategic goals of this role will be to develop sales in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships with them;

  • Identifying opportunities and initiating contact with potential customers (outreach, networking, events, etc.);

  • Participating in the full sales cycle – from lead acquisition to contract signing;

  • Preparing tailored offers and proposals that meet customer needs;

  • Nurturing relationships with existing clients and overseeing ongoing projects;

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and optimize sales campaigns;

  • Analyzing sales performance and proposing new strategies and approaches;

  • Representing the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events in Poland and abroad when needed.


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development within the IT/software development industry (preferably focused on IoT, Cloud, Data, and AI/ML);

  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and closing contracts in the tech market;

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Polish and English. Knowledge of German will be considered an additional asset;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships;

  • Solid understanding of technology (ability to understand basics of IoT, Cloud, Data, AI/ML) to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders;

  • High sense of ownership and ability to manage the entire sales process from idea to results;

  • Strong networking skills (e.g., at conferences, webinars, trade fairs);
