As the Recruiter dedicated to our IT HUB you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment projects, identifying and attracting the best talents on the market. This will be a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on building a new IT business line for our Warsaw and Krakow Branches in Poland.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Building a sourcing strategy for assigned recruitment projects
- Actively approaching, engaging and assessing passive candidates via innovative sourcing techniques (e.g. social media, internal databases, job boards, internet searches, hiring manager and team networks)
- Sourcing and headhunting multinational IT talents
- Managing end-to-end recruitment projects (from authorisation to the on-boarding of a successful candidate)
- Establishing connections with professional groups, communities and other IT tech organizations
- Becoming an company ambassador and building long term relations with candidates
- Promoting internal mobility opportunities and HR initiatives within the organisation
- Liaising with external recruitment service providers and cooperating closely with employer branding agencies to build a strong brand recognition
- Maintaining accurate management information for local and global monthly reporting purposes
- Representing BNP Paribas at conferences, job fairs and on-campus recruitment events
- Participating in HR projects dedicated to various fields
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter within an international company (previous working experience in IT TECH companies will be a strong asset)
- Ability to independently run recruitment processes in a very dynamic environment
- Prior experience in being part of the creation of a new company/business line will be considered a strong asset
- Creativity and solution-finding abilities to source and identifying potential talent for open IT positions
- Very good English - verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proven networking skills combined with the ability to build long lasting relationships
- A sincere desire to help shape the company culture and direction through better hiring and HR practices
- Strong team player who can remain positive during challenging assignments and balance priorities when necessary
- Personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential issues
- Able to impact and effect positive change with a flexible, open-minded, positive approach
- Advanced use of Excel will be an additional advantage
