Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist who has initial experience in the construction / infrastructure / engineering sector​. The ideal candidate will play a important role in supporting ongoing expansion activities and help driving business’s growth and success. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

🚀 Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research on the construction and infrastructure market in Poland and neighboring countries. Analyze trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to support strategic decisions.

🚀 Business Development Support
Support international business development activities, including identifying potential partners and assisting in expanding the company’s presence in Europe.

🚀 Client & Partner Interaction
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across EU, US, and UK markets. Support senior leadership in meetings and follow-ups.

🚀 Meetings & Coordination
Arrange, coordinate, and participate in business meetings. Ensure smooth communication between local and international stakeholders.

🚀 Project & Sales Exposure
Gain exposure to the business development lifecycle, supporting various stages of the process (research, coordination, communication).

🚀 Reporting & Internal Coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders and headquarters. Support coordination of ongoing business activities.

🚀 Business Travel
Participate in occasional business trips to support meetings and partnership development.

Requirements:

💡 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales support, or similar roles
💡 Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors is highly preferred
💡 Strong English skills (C1+) – essential for daily international communication
💡 Polish at minimum C1 level
💡 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
💡 Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
💡 Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
