Requirements
- Graduated in finance, accounting or similiar field

1-2 years of proven experience in Payroll
- Language skills: English and German at least B1/B2
- Very good knowledge of Workday and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
Responsibilities
- Preparing data prior to payment and checking their accuracy using the appropriate tools and systems
- Cooperating with an external payroll service provider
- Supporting monthly and annual financial reporting
- Cooperating with other company teams to ensure timely payroll settlement
- Administrating payroll in cooperation with external partners
- Preparing job references and employment contracts
- Providing support to employees in responding to queries regarding payroll, Workday system etc.
