Founder's Associate
We are looking for a Founder's Associate for one of our clients, which operates in the web3 and blockchain industry, building innovative solutions based on Ethereum and the rollup ecosystem. The company is developing its own technology infrastructure with the goal of improving both user and developer experience, while eliminating fragmentation challenges present in current solutions.
We are currently looking for a Founder's Associate to join the team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to support the founders by managing time-consuming and repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on high-value strategic work. We are seeking a trustworthy and proactive person who will act as the founders’ right hand, especially in urgent and fast-paced situations.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring internal communication channels for task requests and ensuring that nothing “slips through the cracks”, especially during periods of high intensity and chaotic cross-channel back-and-forth with many parties
Assistance in personal tasks - whether it’s an emergency situation that requires rebooking of flights and accommodation, or a simple issue with a fridge in a founder’s flat - we hope you manage all of that easily. About 50% of the time, you will be working on founders’ personal “life overhead” tasks.
Coordinating relationships with vendors - overseeing the processes that vendors are responsible for, paying the invoices, negotiating deal terms with legal firms etc.
Managing payroll through Deel
Onboarding of new employees - signing contracts with them, providing them with hardware, and granting them access to the necessary software
Booking flights and travel accommodations for the employees and Founders
Creating an income statement by consolidating bank balances and expenses from different sources
Venue booking for events during conferences
Monitoring marketing communication channels - Although you won’t be communicating on them much yourself, we expect you to keep an eye on our communication channels to be up to date with what’s happening
What do you need to succeed in this role:
Experience in administrative and operations positions (at least 5 years as Executive Assistant or Founder's Associate and experience in HR roles)
Fluent Polish (C1+)
Fluent English (C1)
A need for ownership
Great self-organization of work
To-do attitude and focus on a solution
Attention to details
Proactive attitude - constantly looking for ways to help
What’s offered:
Remote work setup (although being Warsaw-based would be a plus)
Cooperation on a B2B contract
Salary: 11 000 - 20 000 PLN/month
