As an IT Recruiter you will be responsible for an active searching and recruiting of IT professionals (Developers, Testers/QA, Analysts etc.) from entry to senior level, cooperating with practice leads and the recruitment team. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment.
What challenges are waiting for you?
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Actively contacting potential candidates, creating personalized messages
- Building and maintaining potential candidates pipeline
- Working closely with hiring managers to developing recruitment strategies and job descriptions that align with our company's needs
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including making job offers and negotiating compensation packages
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process
- Promoting our company in social media
- Working with Linkedin, ATS (Manatal), MS Suite etc.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge of direct search methods
- Good knowledge of IT sector/ market
- Communicativeness and friendly approach in contact with people
- Creativity, curiosity, and persistence
- Effectiveness and great ideas in attracting candidates to the company
- Very good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Positive attitude and sense of humor 😊
