Recruiter (French-speaking)

Opis stanowiska

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, from back-office support to senior IT&C positions

• Actively source and directly approach candidates, using creative search strategies and modern tools

• Analyze the labor market and recommend optimal channels to reach top talent

• Draft and publish engaging job ads across relevant platforms

• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and strategies

Wymagania

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within IT or fast-paced setting

• Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search, with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and build trusted partnerships

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus

• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
