Katowice is also the location for our new structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Currently we are searching for a Payroll Specialist to support our German or Swiss HR & Payroll team from our hub in Poland. If you're looking to work in an international environment and acquire new knowledge in payroll legislation, we will support you in achieving greater heights! 

For the right candidate our team and company will provide effective training workshops so that you can independently process end to end payroll for our portfolio of clients in Germany/Switzerland.


At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice. 


Key responsibilities

  • Maintains accuracy of payroll data;
  • Processes payroll for German or Swiss clients;
  • Sets up new hires or employee transfers and compiles payroll data;
  • Maintains statistical payroll information for use in decision making and expense control;
  • Checks accuracy of employee time reporting;
  • Taking part in payroll data transition project.

 

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or Administration. Candidates who have relevant working experience and proven track record are invited to apply as well;
  • At least 2 years of experience in processing payroll end to end;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information;
  • Fluency in German - for German team;
  • Fluency in German or French - for Swiss team;
  • English B1+;
  • Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills is preferred;
  • Outgoing, friendly and a team player.
