Currently, for one of our clients: a global technology leader focusing on intelligent infrastructure for decentralised energy systems, automation and digitisation of process and manufacturing industries, as well as intelligent mobility solutions for the road and rail transport industry, we are looking for people to fill the position:
HR Manager - Employee Experience Hub Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- this newly created role is an exciting opportunity to create an employee experience centre, to support our people in 20 plus countries in EMEA,
- you will grow and develop the function to work alongside our In Country teams, specialist functions and Global HR Partners to identify strategic opportunities to streamline, simplify and improve our HR delivery,
- you will also manage a team providing day to day HR support to our people,
- once operational, with an initial subset of countries, you will take a hands-on role in the day-to-day operational support needs of the business, as well as supporting zone-wide strategic programs, and continuing to transition additional countries to the Hub as resources allow.
Requirements:
- you have strong HR know-how, ideally with experience of employee lifecycle support across multiple countries, and an awareness of international complexities,
- you have experience leading or supporting HR process and knowledge transfer, or the centralisation of high-volume low- to mid-complexity HR matters,
- you demonstrate the ability to contribute on an individual basis as well as strong leadership skills to oversee a growing service and team,
- you have superior verbal & written communication skills in English; additional languages a distinct advantage,
- your healthy appreciation for process, metrics and service levels will ensure appropriate supports are measured and maintained,
- you enjoy good technical abilities, including the Microsoft suite of tools and Workday (or similar), and attention to detail is one of your strengths.
