We are currently looking for people for the position of:
Payroll and HR Administration Specialist (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- payroll preparation - calculation of salaries, social security contributions, and benefits for 20+employees,
- ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with applicable laws and payroll taxobligations,
- preparation of settlement documentation for ZUS, US, PFRON, and GUS,
- prepare employment contracts, civil law contracts, various documents and other employee related documentation, Maintain employee lifecycle documentation according to the Polish law,
- maintain administration of time/vacation tracking systems,
- manage employee PPK processing,
- support employees in payroll related cases,
- perform all personnel administration services and all related data entry to the system,
- preparation of reports, summaries, and analyzes as per management request,
- prepare documents related to relocation/immigration processes (if the case),
- legal interpretation and analysis of various HR cases,
- prepare and participate in internal & external audits.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in calculating payroll,
- robust knowledge of how Polish payroll systemswork,
- experienced in using Optima HR module,
- solid verbal and written communication English skills required,
- initiative, enthusiasm, and dynamism in action with a focus on the result,
- ability to build positive relationships with internal employees.
