Payroll Manager

What you'll get to do:

• Manage the payroll and hard HR team
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, and accounting teams
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Advisory role for management team

What you should have:

• At least five years in a managerial position leading HR/Payroll team
• Proven success in implementing systems and process optimization
• Excellent knowledge of legal regulations
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Ability to architect remuneration strategy along with leadership skills
• Written and spoken English

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of SOX requirements
