For one of our clients we are looking for IT Finanical Controlling. You will drive financial transparency, optimize IT costs, and ensure alignment with business objectives to support organizational growth. Your leadership will be crucial in setting up the TBM framework and fostering financial discipline across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage effective financial reporting systems and KPI tracking for the IT department, ensuring clear financial oversight and accountability.
- Compile, review, and clarify monthly and annual internal financial reports to provide transparency on IT expenditure and performance.
- Develop and oversee IT service recharge frameworks to ensure accurate allocation and cost recovery.
- Plan, manage, and analyze budgets for key IT projects and initiatives, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance IT cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Lead the integration of Technology Business Management (TBM) principles, aligning IT spending with overall business objectives.
- Conduct analysis of IT investments, assess ROI, and develop comprehensive business case models to support financial decisions.
- Generate detailed IT program reports for leadership, presenting financial data in a clear and accessible format.
- Set up and maintain cost control measures within IT to uphold financial discipline and achieve budget targets.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and increase efficiency across IT operations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance or computer science; dual degrees are a strong plus.
- Certifications like CTBME, CTBMP, or CITFM are a notable advantage.
- Extensive experience in IT costing, financial management, and project control.
- Expertise in IT service recharge models, benchmarks, and Technology Business Management (TBM).
- Strong skills in IT investment analysis, ROI assessment, and cost optimization.
- Excellent communicator with experience presenting to executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and deliver impactful results.
- Familiarity with international, private equity-backed organizations is a plus.
