ERP Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitors the market to ensure solutions and modern and up to date;
• Developing new systems, techniques and procedures in close cooperation with business and vendors for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking;
• Coordination of the implementation and support team;
• Accountable for planning and delivering new implementations, in line with committed schedule and budget;
• Accountable for pricing of implementation cost and time, allocating resources and escalating risks;
• Working closely with Business Development team, providing professional support when needed (monitoring new contracts, participation in Client meetings);
• Vendor relationship management (strategy development, budget management).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of implementation and integration systems;
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role;
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems with particular emphasis on payroll and accounting moduls;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Master degree (preferably in administration, economics, management, law or related field)
• Very good English (preferably level C1);
• The ability to assign responsibilities and authority to the right employees, taking their interests, ambitions, development and competency into account;
• Results oriented and focus on desired results;
• Prioritization and time management skills.
