Customer Service Specialist with Lithuanian/ Latvian/ Estonian

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical phone support to users of consumer electronics and household appliances (e.g. TVs, refrigerators, washing machines)
• Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
• Offering information about products and their functionalities
• Logging customer cases into the system

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of one of the following languages (min. C1 level): Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian,
• Good command of English (B1/B2 level)
• Basic understanding of how to operate common home electronics and appliances (TVs, fridges, washing machines)
• Positive attitude, communicative personality, eagerness to learn
• Ability to type quickly and accurately on a keyboard
• Availability for a minimum of 120 working hours per month
