As a Payroll Specialist, you will:
- Actively participate in migrating payroll and time management processes to a newly created Regional Payroll Service Center.
- Collect, review, and aggregate payroll data inputs from multiple upstream sources for assigned country payrolls.
- Monitor supplier payroll processing and compliance activities, ensuring outputs are complete and accurate.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in line with agreed service levels and case management processes.
- Manage complex or confidential inquiries and own escalated issues.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Timekeeping, Benefits, and Compensation, to efficiently gather payroll inputs.
- Deliver data and reports to downstream users such as Finance and statutory authorities on time and with precision.
- Request funding for payroll, payroll taxes, and third-party payments while coordinating with Treasury.
- Work seamlessly with third-party payroll suppliers and internal functional areas to deliver end-to-end payroll services.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A passion for payroll operations and an eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, in either an in-house or outsourced model.
- Experience with foreign payroll systems.
- Strong time management skills, with experience in Kronos being a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
