About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Administrator / IT Lead to join our team. • Support the process of obtaining and managing ISO 27001 certification for the company, including preparation, application, and compliance oversight.
  • Oversee system integration across departments – analyze how existing systems operate, propose improvements, and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment and software – including hardware/software setup, device provisioning, and license management
  • Design and maintain internal IT security policies and best practices, including access control, device management, and data protection.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding IT issues – troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Occasionally support out-of-hours incidents or escalations (on-call in exceptional cases only).
  • Collaborate with international teams.
  • Contribute to internal IT strategy and improvement initiatives, especially around automation and standardization of workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT administration, IT operations, or infrastructure role.
  • Strong, hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and IT best practices.
  • Understanding of IT security standards.
  • Experience with ISO 27001 certification processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (SSO, MFA, OAuth) and security frameworks.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically when diagnosing and solving problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards internal support.
  • Professional certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
  • ITIL Foundation (a plus, not required)
  • Strong English communication skills – both spoken and written (international work environment).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model – 2-3 days/week from our Warsaw office.

What We Offer:

  • A challenging, rewarding, and dynamic role in a fast-paced international environment
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Competitive compensation package, with B2B contract option available
  • Flexible and agile work practices focused on employee wellbeing and innovation
  • A hybrid work model with 2–3 days/week in our modern Warsaw office
