Opis stanowiska

Key Responsibilities

  • General Trading & Sales: Identify new business opportunities and sell various products (sourced from Korea/Asia) to the Polish and CEE markets.

  • Tender Management (Bidding):

    • Monitor public and private tenders in Poland and neighboring countries.

    • Manage the entire bidding process, including documentation, pricing strategy, and compliance with tender specifications.

  • Import/Export Operations:

    • Handle logistics coordination, forwarding, and customs clearance procedures.

    • Manage shipping documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers in Asia and customers in Europe to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new profitable items or industries for trading.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in International Trade, B2B Sales

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade regulations.

    • Proven experience in preparing and submitting commercial bids/tenders (Public Procurement experience is a strong plus).

    • Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Economics, or a related field.

  • Language Skills:

    • Polish: Native level.

    • English: Business Professional (Fluent) is mandatory for HQ communication and contracts.

  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, high adaptability to different product categories, and strong negotiation skills.

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience working at a General Trading Company or Logistics firm.

  • Experience working with Korean companies or understanding of Korean business culture.

  • Familiarity with the Polish Public Procurement Law (Pzp).
