Zenith Global Commercial has 30+ years of international management consulting and market intelligence experience across Food & Beverage. Now we’re expanding into Poland with our new SaaS service that helps local businesses strengthen their online reputation and win more clients on autopilot - fast.
The Role
You’ll introduce our solution to local service businesses, run short sales conversations, and support simple onboarding.
What you’ll do
Close sales calls (15–25 minutes)
Onboard new clients (~60 minutes per client: set up account + quick walkthrough)
Handle follow-up questions and basic support
Prospect smart (simple, repeatable process)
You’ll qualify by signing your first 3 clients yourself — then we’ll start feeding you warm opportunities over time
Language
You’ll work in Polish
English is required for interview, training, and HQ communication
Requirements
Native/Fluent Polish + strong English for HQ training and communication
Previous experience in sales / customer success / account management (phone or video calls)
Confidence running 15–25 min sales calls and handling objections professionally
Comfortable with prospecting and building a pipeline (repeatable daily outreach habits)
Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and ability to manage multiple clients
Tech-comfortable: can learn a simple SaaS tool quickly (basic CRM, email, Google tools)
Reliable, self-motivated, and focused on performance (commission + recurring model)
Nice to have
Experience selling to local service businesses (SMBs)
Familiarity with reputation / customer feedback / local marketing topics
Existing network in sectors like gyms, dental, beauty, clinics, vets, etc.
