We are searching for an IT Sales Manager to join our Team and with the support of Sales, Marketing and IT departments contribute to the success of IBA.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team.
- Revenue generation from selling of IBA services.
- Business Development in Poland.
- Cooperation with Sales Support Consultant and Marketing department.
- Interact with IBA delivery department and resource department for competencies.
- Bringing awareness of IBA group and about IBA services.
- Monitoring of delivery project implementation with clients, active conflict resolution and problem. solving, escalation of problems to management.
- Proven sales record from selling of IT services and IT products and solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of current customer base in Poland.
- 5+ years of sales and sales support experience.
- Experience in selling IT services.
- Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering IT services.
- Experience in consultative selling services with “use cases” to address specific industry challenges, with hands-on experience in one or more relevant functional areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, etc.)
- Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients.
- Active approach, self-managed and good organized person.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Perfect Polish (min. C1).
- Very good knowledge of English (required min. B1).
- German will be a plus.
