About the Role: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients through LinkedIn and email campaigns. You will play a key role in fueling IDENTT’s growth by building and managing targeted outreach activities and ensuring a seamless hand-off of qualified leads to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research target companies and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within the B2B market.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and other prospecting tools to build targeted lists of decision-makers and influencers.
Maintain and update the CRM system (Pipedrive) with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email.
Draft compelling, concise messaging, including connection requests and email sequences.
Perform A/B testing of subject lines, messaging and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and respond promptly to prospect replies, showing an understanding of their needs and challenges.
Conduct initial qualification of leads to determine if they meet IDENTT’s criteria for a potential sales opportunity.
Schedule meetings and introductory calls for Account Executives or the Sales team.
Provide a detailed and accurate hand-off of qualified leads, including a summary of the prospect’s background, needs and conversation history.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as connection rates, reply rates, meetings booked and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, content and lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, outbound/outreach campaigns or a similar sales development role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, LaGrowthMachine or similar tools.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Pipedrive).
High level of organization, accuracy and attention to details.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
