Minimum compensation: starting from 13,000 PLN. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and competencies.

We're looking for a seasoned Procurement Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead category management and procurement strategy for non-technology services including HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, Market Data, Payment Solutions, and Marketing.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll own tactical and strategic procurement processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) across IG Group, manage vendor relationships globally, and negotiate contracts to deliver cost savings and commercial value. You'll be the expert voice on indirect sourcing strategy, identifying opportunities for savings, efficiency, and strategic partnership that directly impact our bottom line and operational excellence.

What you'll do 

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:

  • Lead tactical and strategic procurement processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) globally in accordance with IG Group sourcing policy

  • Develop and execute category management strategies for Indirect, Professional Services, and Marketing procurement categories

  • Leverage expertise to identify and deliver savings opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding agreed targets and pipelines

  • Create commercial capability and mindset across business units, sharing best commercial practices

Vendor Negotiation & Management:

  • Review, negotiate, and manage the commercial terms of vendor contracts globally in conjunction with Legal and Technical specialists

  • Act as independent subject matter expert for stakeholder inquiries on negotiation strategy, savings opportunities, and contract negotiations

  • Coordinate between Procurement Manager, Procurement Coordinator, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships delivering value-added services

Expertise & Advisory:

  • Provide expert guidance on indirect procurement categories (non-Tech) including:

    • Professional Services (HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations)

    • Market Data and Payment Solutions

    • Marketing and MarTech solutions

  • Advise on centralized vs. decentralized delivery models and internal vs. outsourced approaches

  • Mentor colleagues on commercial negotiation techniques and savings identification

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and report on procurement KPIs and SLAs, identifying additional improvement opportunities

  • Develop business cases demonstrating the value and impact of sourcing initiatives

  • Monitor market trends and emerging suppliers in indirect categories

  • Provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders and leadership

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate complex procurement topics in clear, accessible language for diverse audiences

  • Develop strong partnerships across business units, building credibility as procurement expert

  • Present sourcing strategies and recommendations to business leaders

  • Support procurement team in developing commercial best practices


Who we're are looking for? 

Essential Experience:

  • Significant experience in sourcing and category management for Indirect, Professional Services, and Marketing categories at global, regional, and local levels

  • Proven expertise in commercial negotiations with demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and value-added benefits

  • Deep knowledge of indirect procurement categories including HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, Market Data, and Payment Solutions

  • Experience with various delivery models: centralized/decentralized, internal/outsourced, MarTech, and SaaS solutions

  • Track record of exceeding procurement savings targets and KPIs

  • Demonstrated experience building commercial capability across business units and functions
