Your Mission
As a Business Developer, your primary role will be to identify business transfer opportunities and support entrepreneurs
throughout the sales process.
Your Responsibilities
● Commercial prospecting: Identify and contact business owners looking to sell their company.
● Negotiation and contract signing: Convince entrepreneurs to sign a sales mandate with Hetbuy.
● Networking and transaction follow-up: Ensure the transmission of files to consultants handling the sales
process and facilitate exchanges with potential buyers.
● Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with other consultants and support teams to streamline the
business transfer process.
Desired Profile
Skills & Experience
● Minimum Bachelor’s +4 degree in sales, commerce, finance, or business management.
● Proven experience in prospecting and business development, ideally in B2B services sales or financial
services.
● Strong ability to convince executives and negotiate at a high level.
● Good understanding of business sales challenges and the mergers & acquisitions market.
● High level of autonomy and a performance-driven mindset.
Required Languages
We are looking for candidates proficient in one or more of the following languages:
● Latin languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian).
● Germanic and Scandinavian languages (English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish).
● Slavic and Baltic languages (Polish, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Serbo-Croatian, Lithuanian, Latvian).
● Other sought-after languages: Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew.

Compensation & Benefits
● Net salary: €2,700
● Attractive commissions:
○ 5% for each signed sales mandate (if another consultant sells it).
○ 5% on the actual sale of a mandate (whether signed by you or another consultant).
