Location: Kraków Office/ Hybrid model


Objectives of this role:

  • conduct an exploratory analysis of the effectiveness of the out-of-home network, with a particular focus on first and last mile optimisation to improve overall network efficiency

  • develop and present insights and recommendations based on the analysis conducted

  • work with all our markets to develop advanced operational analytics with a focus on improving the efficiency of the OOH network

  • build models to support management decision making

  • design and develop new KPIs in line with business objectives to track performance

  • create and maintain documentation of analysis, KPIs and business definitions


Required skills and qualifications:

  • fluency in English for verbal and written communication

  • proven experience as a data analyst or similar role

  • ability to work with large data sets, optimise queries/calculations and visualise data

  • ability to identify relationships between different pieces of information, draw logical and reliable conclusions and communicate them in a business-friendly manner

  • ability to apply statistical and mathematical knowledge to analysis

  • knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn)

  • strong knowledge of SQL to build database queries

  • experience of working with data from a variety of sources (e.g. DWH, DataLake, Databricks, SQL and noSQL databases)

  • strong analytical skills

  • excellent organisational skills, proactive attitude and ability to work effectively under time pressure

  • willingness to travel abroad up to 10% depending on business needs

 

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • practical knowledge of MS Azure (e.g. Data Lake, Databricks)

  • knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, Italian)

  • familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
