responsible for managing performance marketing tools (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adform, TikTok Ads) across the entire InPost Group (Poland, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy)
developing strategies and coordinating performance activities at the Group level, within the Marketing International team
collaborating with teams within the InPost Group to develop, implement, and execute marketing campaigns. Defining new activities within performance marketing
overseeing cooperation with external partners, agencies, and solution providers
preparing media plans, action recommendations, and appropriate settlement models for conducted campaigns, taking into account the specifics of different markets
analyzing results, reporting, setting, and achieving KPIs for conducted campaigns – recommendations for further actions based on hard data
responsible for integrating performance tools with MarTech tools (analytics, marketing automation)
preparing detailed reports and summaries of conducted campaigns based on data from advertising systems and GA4
creating report templates and a repository of results. Sharing experiences between teams from local markets
managing budgets for conducted campaigns to effectively achieve goals
conducting A/B tests, creating recommendations regarding creative materials, landing pages, and other materials needed for activities.
Our requirements
minimum 5 years of experience in independently conducting performance campaigns – Google Ads, Meta Ads
experience in programmatic campaigns (e.g., Adform) and working with DMP tools
experience in mobile app campaigns, practical knowledge of MMP tools
conducting campaigns for e-commerce – product campaigns, working with product feeds
experience in collaborating with international markets
3 years of experience in leading a team directly or within a matrix/interdisciplinary structure
ability to create media plans, including budget allocation and KPI achievement estimates
familiarity and independent use of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Semrush, Ahrefs for performance campaign execution
very good proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
very good knowledge of English at a communicative level – daily communication in English
