Motion Designer/Video Editor

The impact you'll make:

• Designing and creating engaging, traditional and nonstandard animations for marketing campaigns

• Close collaboration with the creative team in terms of understanding the client's needs

• Preparing internal marketing materials (videos, animations)

• Working in accordance with the newest trends in animation

• Taking the initiative to propose new solutions and improvements

• Designing and editing TikTok/FB/IG/YT video ads according to platform best practices

• Learning current best practices, researching trends, and creating videos accordingly – especially in connection with gaming content (e.g. Fortnite, Roblox maps)

• Editing case studies of our 360° gaming campaigns

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in the Motion Design area

• Experience in creating animation for online marketing campaigns

• Ability to work with brand key visuals

• Ability to understand and work with scripts, moodboards, and storyboards 

• Creative skills that allows you to propose your own ideas 

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish

• Medium level proficiency in After Effects

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams

• Proactive approach and willingness to solve the problems

• 3D animation and digital illustration skills (good to have)

• Experience in digital advertising campaigns and/or recording content in UEFN (good to have – make sure to include this in your portfolio)
