Motion Designer

Your role is to:

• Create eye-catching, dynamic animations tailored to gaming and marketing environments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to interpret briefs and propose innovative visual solutions.
• Produce high-quality internal marketing materials, including animations and video content, to support brand communication.
• Stay on top of animation trends and continuously bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• Evaluate project complexity and effectively manage your time and workflow.
• Communicate clearly with your manager and team about workload and availability.

We would like you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in creating Motion Design for marketing purposes and a portfolio that reflects their creative range and execution.
• Skills in creating animations across a variety of visual styles.
• Strong editing and video montage capabilities.
• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva (and similar).
• Ability to confidently describe and justify creative choices, including in English.
• Experience or interest in 3D design and digital illustration.
• Proactive approach and organisation skills.
• Ideally: gaming is your hobby. But if you are just "around gaming" that's fine.
