Who are we looking for?
We are a company specialising in OTT solutions (or, in simple terms - we build Netflix-like platforms and other streaming-related products) and we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our team. We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized candidate to support our cross-functional marketing and sales efforts - from strategy execution and event coordination to everyday sales & partners support. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Sales team to move initiatives forward. As a part of ORS Group we operate internationally with an English-first approach.
- Supporting the sales team with product-related content
- Developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy
- Organizing and executing international trade shows and events
- Cooperation with partners, PR agencies and graphic designers
- Excellent English
- Great organizational skills
- Min. 2 years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in tech companies)
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Remote-first position (with a preference for candidates based in or near Poznań — we’ve got a great office there!)
- High degree of autonomy combined with mentoring,
