At Insys VT, we develop our own production-ready platform, our implementations are based on extensive technological products, modules, and complete end-to-end solutions for clients who want to launch their own streaming platforms (Netflix-like) or expand their existing online video offerings. It's a space where your input truly matters, and your work drives real impact.

We’re looking for someone passionate about creating modern, user-friendly documentation and experienced in advanced IT technologies. We’d love to work with an independent and detail-oriented person who’s eager to understand our products inside and out—especially from a technological perspective. At the same time, knowledge sharing is in our Insys DNA, so you can count on strong support from teammates across the company. Most of the documentation will be written and maintained in English.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating high-quality documentation for our products, admin panels, and APIs,
• Keeping documentation up to date with ongoing product/module changes,
• Managing documentation based on predefined rules and structure (planning, organizing, maintaining consistency),
• Defining, implementing, and maintaining unified documentation styles and formatting in both Polish and English, to be included in our internal documentation guidebook,
• Collaborating with colleagues from other technology chapters (e.g. DEV, QA, UX).

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Hands-on knowledge of technical documentation best practices,
• Ability to quickly understand complex technological concepts (general IT, SDLC, client-server architecture, DevOps, etc.),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher),
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others easily,
• Self-reliance, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docusaurus,
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence,
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and relevant certifications,
• Understanding of video processing and distribution technologies.

Recruitment Process:

1. Interview with People Operations Specialist just to get to know you better, check your English skills, and clarify the most important details.
2. After the first interview, you will receive a recruitment task designed to evaluate your English language skills and your ability to solve challenges relevant to the role.
3. Interview with department leader and People Operations Specialist to discuss the role and mutual expectations in more detail – this will take around 60 minutes.
