Senior Consultant/ Business Central Architect

The tasks of the position include:

• Working closely with Business Solution Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Analysts from Business Central on processes and requirements analyses documenting solution approach and tradeoffs that balance risk,

• Working closely with Architects from another systems (such as Master Data, Price, Warehouse, Logistics, BI, Web Shop, Planning) require integration with Business Central, following defined integration strategies, being the authority on the architecture design,

• Create architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and configuration documentation,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience,

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies,

• Conducting risk analyses related to the implementation of new solutions,

• Manage the quality of implementation projects during all phases,

• Sharing ideas, insight, and provide technical expertise across internal Teams.

What we expect from the Candidate?

• 5+ years of experience in consulting/development of ERP solutions, such as: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or other, including implementation/support

• Understanding of functional aspects supported by strong understanding of business processes including technical understanding of the product (Sale, Supply Chain Management (Purchasing Inventory, Warehouse), Finance modules),

• Proven experience in Solution Design (experience with integration design would be a benefit),

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices,

• Solid knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and its application in ERP projects,

• Resourcefulness, energy and enthusiasm, self-confidence, being a Team Player and willingness to teach,

• An understanding of business dynamics, deadlines,

• Fluent communication in English and Polish language.

Nice to have:

• A strong understanding of finance,

• Knowledge about Business Central confirmed by Microsoft Certificates,

• Practical knowledge and experience in SQL/T-SQL,

• Hands-on experience with other ERP systems
