Business Development Manager (DACH)


Responsibilities:

  • identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region,

  • schedule and coordinate sales appointments and conference calls for Account Executives,

  • research client needs and align them with the company service offerings,

  • manage and nurture the lead generation process from prospecting to engagement,

  • maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure consistent sales funnel reporting,

  • serve as the key point of contact between prospects and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,

  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development in the IT industry,

  • fluent in German and very good English (must-have),

  • excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills,

  • strong organizational and presentation abilities with a consultative sales approach,

  • familiarity with CRM tools and a track record of meeting KPIs.
