Hey there,


We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!


/ Location: Warsaw – hybrid work (we mostly work remotely, but on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we meet at the office)

/ Contract type: Employment contract or B2B – we’ll adapt to your preference


What will you do?

  • Organize and participate in sales meetings
  • Identify client needs for the solutions we offer
  • Prepare product presentations
  • Attend conferences and workshops
  • Negotiate contracts and collaboration terms with clients
  • Focus on cross-selling and up-selling with existing clients
  • Coordinate sales activities during the presales stage
  • Collaborate with other departments in the company – primarily marketing and technical teams


What are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • English at a business level (C1)
  • Teamwork skills, openness, and strong communication in client interactions
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions on your own
  • Creativity and proactivity in finding new clients
  • Excellent self-organization skills


How do we work?

  • Hybrid work: Most of the week, we work remotely, but we meet in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our office in Żoliborz (close to Plac Wilsona metro station). Building relationships outside of computer screens is important to us!
  • Company events: Once a year, we organize a bigger company integration, and we also gather for a Christmas event.
  • Celebrations: We don’t forget about smaller occasions! Together, we celebrate the beginning of summer, pack Christmas gifts for ‘Szlachetna Paczka’, and toast to our small successes.
  • Regular feedback: We believe in continuous improvement, so we regularly share feedback to help each other grow.

How do we handle recruitment?

  1. A short screencall with Basia from HR (around 15 minutes)
  2. Online meeting with Adam (Head of Sales) and Basia (around 45 minutes)
  3. On-site meeting with Adam at our office – we’ll show you around and finalize the details
