At InterviewMe & Zety we have been developing the best online resume builder on earth since 2014. Our products are visited by over 40  million users yearly.

Also, we are a part of the BOLD family - a global provider of products and tools for over 20 million job seekers a month. Together with the international team, we provide support for candidates in 4 offices around the world: San Francisco, Puerto Rico, India, and Warsaw.  

We are constantly growing and because of that, we are looking for A-players to join our team of 80+ dedicated people!


What you will do in this position?

  • You will be working alongside our UX designers and Product Managers to translate.
  • UX research and user needs, as well as with front-end developers to craft pixel, perfect interactions for the end-user.
  • You will be creating and maintaining a design system with scale in mind, whilst accounting for user needs and UI best practices.
  • You will be crafting visual and interaction elements whilst considering responsive layouts, accessibility, iconography, typography, and motion.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in designing for complex digital interfaces (preferably SaaS)
  • Creating and maintaining of design systems and style guides
  • Knowledge in the application of information design, visual hierarchy, and interaction design;
  • Awareness of design trends and technology, responsive design
  • Experience with rapid prototyping as a means to explore multiple design solutions
  • Experience designing in an Agile environment is a plus

Must-have:

  • A great portfolio that shows deep product design skills.
  • Product success-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge and understanding of product metrics.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch.

Nice to have:

  • UX design experience is a plus.
  • Prototyping tools: Principle, Flinto, ProtoPie, Axure.

Salary:

10 000 - 14 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract)
8 300 - 11 600 PLN gross (employment contract)
