THE ROLE 

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Poland, Nysa Plant. In this role you will be responsible for supporting Hiring Managers in acquiring, interviewing and selecting candidates to hire. You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting and co-operating business in the implementation of hiring strategy,
• Organizing and executing strategy meetings with hiring managers, active sourcing of candidates; 
• Analyzing and interpreting: job market trends and data, candidates resume, skills and experiences of candidates;
• Leading interviews and deciding about candidate selection process;

REQUIREMENTS

• Sourcing skills: boolean search, market mapping;
• Behavioural / STAR interviews knowledge; 
• Stakeholder management ability; 
• Strong focus on goals and meeting deadlines;
• High level communication;
• English and Polish on minimum B2 level;
