Main purpose of the position:In the role of internal Senior Atlassian Consultant in our Atlassian Team in ISS, your primary focus is to help us with migration from DC to the Cloud. During that project and later offer expertise and guidance in implementing and customizing Atlassian products in ourcompany’s global and complex environment. You'll act as a pivotal link between business functions, other IT teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aimed at achieving consistent and efficient utilization of existing and brand-new Atlassian solutions based on on-prem and Cloud instances.

What you’ll do:

• Independently manage new projects following standardized procedures: from consulting and challenging requirements to designing and developing solutions in the Atlassian tool stack. Conduct technical analysis of complex requirements from business teams or internal Atlassian Team needs.

• Develop solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining the integrity of the technical layer and platform logic.

• Participate in the transformation and Cloud migration by reviewing existing solutions and preparing feasibility and readiness for the transition.

• Support of our future, internal solutions based on Atlassian Enterprise Cloud.

Key qualifications:

• Strong experience with Atlassian Stack - Jira, Confluence both, Cloud and Data Center platforms. Cloud experience is preferred, but not mandatory. 

• Similar experience / position held in global or large companies 6+ years

• Hands-on experience in project management and implementation of business cases in the Atlassian tool stack

• Hands-on experience with cloud migration in the Atlassian environment

• Comprehensive understanding and experience in business operations and processes

• Self-starter and proactive in identifying business needs and opportunities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
