Asset & Corporate Actions Analyst (International Bank)

As an Asset & Corporate Actions Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution supporting millions of customers across numerous markets. The role supports operational functions related to corporate actions within investment services, contributing to high-volume processing across various asset classes.

You will be involved in ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, managing transaction events, and collaborating across departments to support timely and compliant asset servicing. This opportunity provides exposure to a broad range of securities and platforms, and is ideal for individuals seeking to build a career within financial operations.

Location: Warsaw - hybird - 3 day per week in the office

Rate:

• Employment contract (UoP): 8 000 – 10 000 gross/ month

• B2B: 13 860 – 14 700 PLN/ month

• We also offer the possibility to work under a civil law contract (umowa zlecenia)

Your main responsibilities:

• Reconcile and process positions related to corporate action events

• Review and revise corporate action communications and notifications

• Facilitate postings for mandatory and voluntary corporate action events

• Support products and services in alignment with internal procedures

• Conduct investigations and resolve routine operational issues

• Analyse data to identify trends and propose process improvements

• Interpret information to support upgrades and new product rollouts

• Monitor operational risks and suggest actions to reduce error rates

• Escalate inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental objectives

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in financial operations or asset servicing

• Understanding of investment instruments such as equities and fixed income

• Knowledge of corporate actions processing

• Ability to analyse data and apply findings to process improvements

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools

• Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy

• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
