To fuel our momentum, we’re on the lookout for a sharp, energetic Business Manager to join our Sales force. This is a pivotal role focused on key account ownership, strategic lead generation, and driving the growth of one of our core business units. Your key responsibilities: driving business growth within ITDS
Build positive and long lasting relationships with assigned Clients by understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions
Leverage your network and industry experience to drive new business opportunities and generate leads
Develop and execute innovative business strategies aligned with organizational goals
Follow the problems of your clients, provide a true advisory and recommendations on how to fix them
Manage consultants to ensure their satisfaction and mitigate any risks
Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
Ensure alignment with broader company objectives and contribute to strategic decision-making
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
+2 years of previous experience within sales and business development in IT Engineers Outsourcing or IT recruitment company (must-have)
Bachelor or Master’s Degree (IT, finance or management-related studies are preferable)
Understanding of the current IT market, IT profiles, roles and challenges
Outstanding communication skills that help you to expand your network with new contacts
Tendency to work on your own, but you’re also an excellent team player
Emotional intelligence to deal with objections and handle negotiations
Ability to innovate and inspire people
An entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit
Proactive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-driven solutions
Fluency in Polish and English
